Employee Insurance Plan

The Employee shall be entitled to participate in any medical and dental insurance plans, qualified pension plan, qualified profit-sharing plans, dental reimbursement plans, group term life insurance plans, or any other employee benefit plans which are or may be established in the future by the Employer. Such right to participation shall be in accordance with the terms of the particular plans involved.

Training

GMS has well defined and structured training program for all new employees and consultants. We have start of art lab facilities available round the clock for various certifications and offer classroom teaching with an experienced instructor for various IT and networking courses. We have fully equipped library with the latest books and educational material.

Career Development Plan

To assist our employees with their career development, GMS provides financial assistance for job-related education and training.

In addition to training, the company encourages our employees to pursue higher education opportunities that prepare them for greater responsibility. Global Mobility Services will reimburse for courses which are directly related to employee's present job or which will help you prepare for more responsibilities or promotions.

The plan reimburses expenses for any approved course started after your full time employment with Global Mobility Services, but reimbursement of expenses will not begin until you have completed one year (1) of full time employment.

GMS recognizes six paid holiday per year

New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (1 day), and Christmas Day (1 day). Employees are eligible for holiday after the first year of employment
