Dental Technology

Find the money your practice
is already missing.

We review a few reports from your practice management system, find where revenue is slipping through the cracks, and show you what is worth fixing first. You do not need another dashboard. Start with the money already inside the practice.

No new software. No system replacement. No obligation to build anything afterward.

Where it goes

Four places we look first

None of this is exotic. It is production that was already earned, then quietly fell off the schedule, the ledger or the recall list.

01

Unscheduled treatment

Diagnosed, presented, accepted. Never got on the schedule.

Turn diagnosed treatment into booked production.

02

Insurance aging

Claims and balances past 60, 90 and 120 days that nobody has hours to work.

Point your billing team at the money worth chasing.

03

Hygiene reactivation

Patients quietly fall out of recall and nothing in the day flags it.

Bring patients back before paying to acquire new ones.

04

Schedule gaps

Cancellations and the same recurring open blocks, week after week.

See where chair time is consistently lost.

Review first

Start with a free practice revenue review

Find out what is actually worth fixing before buying more software. Here is the whole process.

  1. Talk with us

Fifteen to twenty minutes. You describe how the practice runs and what already bothers you.

  2. We tell you what to export

If it makes sense to continue, we name the specific reports to pull from Dentrix or whatever system you use.

  3. You strip the identifiers

Remove patient names and anything else you do not want to send. We care about the numbers and the workflow patterns, not who the patient is.

  4. We review it

You get what looks off, where money is getting missed, what is worth fixing first, and what is not worth touching.

  5. You decide

That is the end of the obligation. Act on it yourself, hand it to your team, or ask us to build something.

Your system Dentrix or similar Reports you export, with identifiers removed GMS review what looks off, and what does not Your priorities worth fixing first Automation only if you decide to build optional the review stands on its own. nothing after this step is required.

You send reports. You do not hand over system access, and you do not commit to a build to get the review.

If there is nothing worth fixing, we will tell you that too

A review that finds nothing is a useful answer. You do not need to buy anything from us afterward, and we would rather say so than invent a project.

Dental AI, honestly

What practices are actually asking for right now

Most of the value is not in the clinical AI everyone demos. It is in the front desk, the ledger and the recall list, where the work is repetitive and the money is already sitting.

AI front desk

Calls answered day and night, appointment requests captured, routine questions handled, and everything written back to the schedule instead of a notepad.

We build this

Claims and eligibility AI

Eligibility checks, attachment handling, denial triage and appeal drafting, so the aging report stops being a full-time job.

We build this

Recall and reactivation AI

Overdue hygiene and dormant patients worked continuously with real messaging, not a quarterly postcard blast.

We build this

Ambient clinical notes

Chairside dictation turned into structured notes in the practice management system, with the clinician reviewing before anything is saved.

We build and integrate

Imaging and diagnostic AI

Tools like radiograph and caries detection are regulated medical devices and we do not build them. We integrate the ones you choose and handle the workflow and data around them.

We integrate only

Case acceptance support

Treatment presented more consistently, with follow-up that actually happens and tracking of whether it converted.

We build this
Build second

If we find something worth fixing, we can help build it

Only after the review, and only if you want it. Use the software you already paid for better, and automate the parts eating your team’s day.

Treatment recovery

Prioritized patient lists, follow-up workflows, staff work queues, messaging support, and tracking of whether treatment actually got booked.

Insurance and RCM

Claims prioritization, aging work queues, claim status workflows, document collection, and reporting and reconciliation.

Reactivation and scheduling

Hygiene recall workflows, cancellation rescue, waitlist prioritization, missed appointment follow-up, and dormant patient reactivation.

Front desk automation

AI phone answering, after-hours call handling, appointment request capture, FAQ workflows, call routing, and repetitive administrative work.

We can also help with custom integrations, security, vendor evaluation, analytics and other dental technology needs as they come up.

Why GMS

Most practices do not need an internal technology team

They need the right technical partner when something actually matters. We bring enterprise cloud and AI capability to dental practices without requiring an enterprise-sized IT department.

Cloud and data

Enterprise cloud architecture, data engineering, and integrations between systems that do not talk to each other.

AI and automation

AI engineering and workflow automation, built with human review rather than handed the keys.

Security

Least privilege access, secure handling of patient data, and technical safeguards that support your compliance program.

Thirty-two years

GMS has delivered enterprise technology since 1994, now focused on AWS engineering, DevOps, cloud security, data and AI.

Your data

You stay in control of your data

We ask for the minimum needed to do the analysis, and usually that is less than people expect. We care about the numbers and the workflow patterns, not who the patient is.

What we usually do not need

Patient names are generally not required for an initial operational review. Unnecessary identifiers can be stripped before anything leaves your office, and direct access to Dentrix is not required to get started.

How we handle what you do send

We work to least privilege by default, design secure workflows around healthcare data, and help implement technical safeguards that support your practice’s HIPAA compliance program.

Common questions

Do you replace Dentrix?

No. We work with the system you already pay for and help you get more out of it.

Do you need access to our Dentrix system?

Not necessarily. Most reviews can start from selected reports or exports that you send us.

Do you need patient names?

Usually not for the initial operational review. Unnecessary identifiers can be removed before anything is sent.

What reports do you typically review?

It varies, but common ones are unscheduled treatment, insurance aging, hygiene and continuing care, a production summary, and schedule or appointment data.

Do I have to buy anything afterward?

No. The first goal is to show you what we find. If there is nothing meaningful to fix, we will tell you that.

Can you help us fix what you find?

Yes. If it makes sense, we can build the automations, integrations or workflows afterward. That is a separate decision you make after the review.

Can you work with systems other than Dentrix?

Yes, depending on what data and integrations the system exposes.

Can you help with other technology in the practice?

Yes. Repetitive front desk processes, integration problems, analytics, AI ideas or security concerns are all things we can assess.
