IT Recruiter

Job Description: 

As an IT HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top-tier IT talent to contribute to our organization’s success. You will work closely with the account manager to understand staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies. This role requires coordination with the US-based Account Manager, therefore, flexibility in working hours to align with US time zones is essential. 8:30 PM IST to 11:00PM IST. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Talent Acquisition: 
    • Source, identify, and attract qualified IT professionals through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. 
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. 
  • Candidate Screening and Evaluation: 
    • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and match with job requirements. 
    • Conduct initial phone and/or video interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. 
  • Collaboration with Account manager: 
    • Work closely with account manager to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. 
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate to refine candidate profiles. 
  • Interview Coordination: 
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. 
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: 
    • Facilitate the negotiation process between the candidate and the hiring team. 
    • Collaborate with HR and account manager to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. 
  • Candidate Relationship Management: 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities. 
    • Implement best practices to enhance the candidate’s experience and employer brand. 
  • Market Research and Industry Trends: 
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market salary rates, and competitor practices to make recommendations for continuous improvement. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role in the technology industry. 
  • Familiarity with IT skills, technologies, and job roles. 
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
